What is an indiedrive?
An Indiedrive is a USB flash-drive loaded with MP3's, videos, pictures, artwork, and any other material a band or artists wants to include. The drives are about the size of a quarter and plug into any USB port. Visit our Flash Drives page for more info.

Will my Indiedrive work in any computer?
Indiedrives behave like an external hard-drive... unless you are using a very old outdated operating system, your Indiedrive will work fine. It is a true plug-and-play device - plug it in and you're ready to go!

What if my Indiedrive breaks?
Indiedrives are guaranteed to work. If you receive your drive and it has any issues, it will be replaced. Indiedrives are very hardy little devices and shouldn't have any problems.

Will my Indiedrive be virus free?
Absolutely. We double-check everything before it ever touches a drive, and then again after it's been put on the drive. These things are guaranteed to be safe and clean when they arrive at your doorstep.

Are the MP3's high quality?
We recommend all our artists only use the highest quality MP3's possible, at least 200 kbps or better. It is possible that some recordings, such as live or bootleg recordings, may be of inferior quality but the MP3 bit rate will always be exceptional.

Will you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is $7.99 per order. Shipping is only $3.99 within the continental US.

Is it really free to sell my drives here?
Absolutely. You pay nothing to sell drives here. You have the option of purchasing drives for your merch table, but it is free for you to sell online.

Do I have to sign any contracts to sell Indiedrive albums?
Yes. You have to give us permission to distribute your albums, but that's it. You can remove your album from Indiedrive at any time. You ALWAYS retain the rights to your music - Indiedrive is a music store, not a record label!

What files can I put on my Indiedrive album?
What files make up your album is up to you. You can have any combination of mp3's, videos, artwork, or extra files that you want.

How much do I sell my album for?
You determine the price you want to sell your drive for. Every cent above the drive's base price is yours.

How do I get paid?
At the end of each month you will receive a check for the amount we owe you.
