1. You must own the music you are selling, or have the authority or permission from the copyright owners.

2. By signing this agreement you are allowing Indiedrive, Inc. to distribute your music digitally via flash drives for a predetermined price. Indiedrive will never distribute your music in any other way, i.e. individual digital downloads, compilation albums, etc. You retain all of the rights to your music at all times. This is a NON-EXCLUSIVE distribution agreement.

3. You allow Indiedrive, Inc. to reproduce and convert your music into high quality MP3 format for distribution via flash-drives (if needed). You allow Indiedrive to stream short "samples" of your music for promotional purposes only.

4. By signing this agreement you understand that Indiedrive will issue a check monthly for any amount owed for the sale of your music. Indiedrive will only issue checks to one person or entity who must be on file as a legal owner of the music being distributed.

5. You have the right to remove your music from Indiedrive at any time, for any reason. Likewise, Indiedrive reserves the right to remove your music at any time without notice.

6. You allow Indiedrive to include ONE and only one file on the flashdrive to identify ourselves as the distributor and to promote or advertise as needed. (usually a simple jpg)

7. Explicit material is not allowed at Indiedrive.com. If you have explicit lyrics in your music, they cannot be used as samples on the website. Indiedrive reserves the right to remove any offensive material at any time.

8. You agree to send us clean virus-free files for your album. If spyware, adware, or any kind of malicious virus is found within your files your account will be terminated.

**Indiedrive is a distributor only. Your music is yours, ALWAYS. By signing this agreement you are giving us the right to sell your music in our store, and then pay you for the transaction.

The flash-drive capacity used will be 1gb. Artist content cannot exceed 900mb.

Please be sure you have read and understand this agreement fully. You will be assigned an artist representative -please contact him/her directly if you have any issues or questions, or if you need to make changes to your account.
